Please note that our DVDs are strictly reserved for home viewing purposes only. The individual purchase price does not grant public performance rights, including classroom screenings. Our films are protected under Copyright Code. They may not be reproduced, duplicated, televised or transmitted in whole or in part, or posted on the internet without specific written permission from moment distribution LTD.

You may organize public screenings of our films, distribute our DVDs or get an educational copy.
Selling DVDs at a public screenings can help you cover your costs and contribute financially to your organization.

The educational license grants non-paying consultation and performance rights to universities, colleges, libraries, high schools NGO's, charities Volunteer Organizations and non profitable institutions. It also entitles you to our DVD return program: for up to four years after purchase, if your DVD becomes scratched or unusable, simply return the DVD to us and we will mail you a replacement copy at a cost of 30€, including shipping.

You represent a bookstor, videostore or an institution, You want to buy our DVDs per batch, for giving away or reselling in connection with your association, or sale of DVDs in public screenings we offer two options.
Consignment Sale:
You want to have some of our DVDs on sale during the activities you organize. You will determine which films and their quantities in your order and you will receive a commission equal to a percentage (between 20% and 30%) of the retail price per unit HT.
At the time of your order, we'll ask you for a security deposit check of the total amount of your order. This check will not cashed. One month after delivery of your DVDs, you will inform us of the exact number of DVDs sold. An invoice will then be sent, payable upon reception. Once we have received this payment, as well as DVDs not sold, your security deposit check will be returned. If you want to keep the DVDs not sold, we will send you an invoice for your entire order.
Batch Purchase:
You represent a bookstor, videostore or an institution. You want to buy our DVDs per batch, for giving away or reselling in connection with your association, you can enjoy a discount of up to 60%. The batches bought will be delivered upon reception of your payment. 
You will determine which films and their quantities when ordering, and a discount will be automatically granted beyond 10 DVDs of the same title. We will send you an invoice and, upon reception of your payment, the delivery process of your DVDs order may be organized.

The broadcasting organization having acquired these rights of public representation, will be required to paydirectly to the authors' societies (SACEM...) rights that may be due for public screenings.
